How'd he get there w/o a helmet in the first place?

if you read the ad, there are pictures of him riding to the Rock Store past one of the photo spots.  To me, it looks like his helmet is in his backpack.  It's pretty full.

That sucks - I don't leave anything on my bike.  Gloves go into the helmet and I take the helmet with me.  Specially at at crowded place such as the Rock Store.
