Kinda cool, it would be interesting to have this on a bike.  Go from naked to full fairings for the interstate.

QuoteAfter seeing the opening in the hood, I see how GINA must be pronounced.

MuscovyDuc

Grampa

Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

So I went solo.  -Me

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

ugh

his whole

"rethink the way we look at the skin of a car"

my initial reaction was

"DUH"

race cars have never relied on the skin for protection from anything other than the elements

and they are leap and bounds safer than a production car

I've always believed tubular chassis were the way to go in car manufacturing

stamped steel unibodies are such a waste

But they are cheap and easy to reproduce. It only makes sense from a manufacturing standpoint to go with stamped steel...

which is why it shouldn't even be considered...

A car is a thing you should buy with reverence

keep and drive for 30-50 years

Our throw away built cheap society bugs me

On the plus side, no more door dings!

But isnt this going backwards in technology?  Airplanes used to be covered in fabric too.
