i've tried calling them a number of times to see if they can do anything for me in regards to my exhaust being all wonky.

the short of it is that the 2 exhaust cans are tapped differently for mounting on the bike and it's caused somebody to have to do some weird modifications to make it fit on the bike, but this prevents me from installing my ventura rack system for the rear.  (imagine that if looking at the exhausts from the rear, the right one is mounted correctly and is tapped around 10 oclock and the left one is tapped at like 1 oclock)

702-651-6940 is the number i've been calling, has anybody ever gotten somebody to pick up the phone?  or do they only deal with voicemails?

Pictures would help explain it but I think I know what you are talking about.  Also what bike, by the sound of it I think your talking about one of the newer monsters?

Try writing emails.  If you would rather talk on the phone, call EuroCorsa Performance and speak with Marco.  416-292-3913.  They're the Arrow distrubutors for Canada and have been very helpful.

thanks guys, i'll try calling the canada version

these are a few pics that sort of illustrate what i'm talking about... you can see the spring for reference of angles.

also note how bent the left hanger is as well as the spacers needed to make it work.  oddly enough they sit on the bike correctly in regards to spacing and angle, somebody did a lot of effort to make this work.

I think it's set up that way on purpose so you can still access the seat lock.

the seat lock is on the right side... that side is setup normally.  the weird one is on the left side (from behind the bike left) which has nothing, other than all those spacers and bent up hangers...

so i talked to craig at eurocorsa and he said he's never seen anything like this before.  mostly said nothing they can do since i didn't buy the exhaust from them, but wished me good luck.  at least i was able to talk to somebody Smiley

thanks hackers2r for the tip to call them Smiley

since they can't do much, i guess i'll just let my buddy go crazy and see if he can make the ventura rack system work on the bike somehow.

A little more info you can look at.  Although I'm sure the drawings aren't the same as what was made.

Who did the exhaust actually come from? That's who you should call as they are the ones who can help you with any issue. As far as I know Arrow USA (the number you are calling) sells and deals with dealers - not the public, but I could be wrong about that.

good point, i'll have to look at my paperwork to see if the previous owner included the receipt from where it came.  I haven't seen it, but my friend said he bent the hanger to fit without spacers... i'll try to install the ventura luggage rack before calling.

+1 for Marco! I've spoken with him several times and he's always been extremely helpful.  Good Luck!
