Fair Price

What do you guys think is a fair price for a 2009  696 Monster (Pearl White)?  It has 3400 miles on it and is in central Florida.  First service done otherwise pretty much stock.  No scratches, no other cosmetic damage, garage kept, never been down, etc.  It looks like it is in premium shape. Just wondering what you guys think is a fair price.

in a quick search i did not find any in your area to compare to so that may be to your advantage.

6-7k being the range.

I'd ask 6800, willing to take a little less for a quickish sale.  I saw some in other regions selling for 5500-6000.  Depends on fast you want to sell it in the end.
