Cherry looking red monster, DSS, low stock-looking pipes, no tail chop, M620/695/750/900 ? parked in front of the "GUN BROKER" pawn shop on 82nd Drive in Old Clackamas (down from the Clack. Post Office) at precisely 12:20 PM today.

So, which one of you is packing heat, eh?   ;D

That wasn't me... but, yeah, anyway...  ;)

---------------

Spotted a group of motorbikes today parked outside The Inn of the White Salmon.  Two Multistroodles, a couple of BMW R1100S, and one or two other bikes that I didn't catch the make of.  Man, wish I had one of those 'stradas and was out touring.  The weather was great today (though it did get a tad muggy later on).

If it isn't raining tomorrow, I think the SS will get to wake up and make its way down the hill to work.  Maybe it'll even get to stretch its legs a little, taking the scenic route on the way home.  ;)

Monster rolled past me at Burnside and 242nd in Gayshum around 6PM. Looked to be a 620, and most importantly, was yellow. High five, brother.

I saw a yellow monster headed west on 26 out of P-town yesterday at about 6pm, the rider was wearing a small orange backpack (maybe a camelback) and I think they took exit 69a? I can't remember for sure. My wife, kid, and I were in our tiny little red Hyundai Accent, my wife waved but I didn't think they saw her. Probably wouldn't recognize us anyway, at least not me while no ton the bike.

Well I finally saw one in the wild. :o Red Streetfighter headed up SE Powell around 7-8, can't remember exactly. I saw the headlight in the distance and as it got closer....damn that thing looks [evil] while it's rollin down the road. I want one to [moto] on.

Mother saw a Streetfighter too on his way to work the other day.

I wanna test ride one but I can't even get it off the kickstand.

Yeah I want to test ride one too, but then I'd have to sell a kidney or knock over a bank to pay for one.  Plus my monster's plenty to get my into trouble, I sure don't need twice the power.

White 696 (1100?) going south from St. Paul, Oregon on whatever that road is.  I think it had Termi pipes.

I was going north, having gone across the Wheatland ferry.  BTW, St. Paul is getting fired up for the rodeo next weekend.

Closing speed must have been, um, let's see . . . let X=speed of red S4Rs going north, let Y=speed of 696 heading south, so the closing speed Z=X+Y, so that makes it about, uh . . . a lot.

;D

Enginerds... yes, and proud of it!  [cheeky]

So yeah, saw a red Multi parked outside the Rodeway Inn in Stevenson, WA.  Sometime between 8:30 and 9 on Sunday night.  I was on my way back out to White Salmon.

Went for a great ride that day... down 35 from Hood River, across 26 to ZigZag, Barlow Trail Rd to Marmot Rd.  Stopped at a friend's place for a BBQ gig, hung out, used the SS as a baby picture prop (gotta indoctrinate them young ;) ).  Rode from Sandy up 26 to 257th, north to the Historic Columbia River Hwy, stopped for the obligatory pic at Vista House (nearing sunset... beautiful view of the Gorge sunlit from the west), down past all the falls, across Bridge of the Gods, then SR-14 back to my place in White Salmon.  Rolled in just as it was starting to get dark.  That was a darn-near perfect Sunday.

Will post the obligatory pic as soon as I can get it off my phone and into Photobucket.
