Ducati is building a second building 15% larger than the current office/factory/warehouse?  Right in Borgo?

It doesn't say they are demolishing the original either, so it is additional capacity??

maybe the added storage capacity is to store items we want to buy from December to February and we can't get until April?  [evil]
