Update!!

The primer dried clear and just seemed to make it less glossy which I actually wanted. I'm thinking just clear coat now with satin. It actually looks great.  Shocked. Any issues with putting the clear coat over primer over paint.

Well guess what... dont put clear coat on top of primer. It went from looking good to looking like it's covered with a white powder. Damn. I cant get a break here. I really need some advice here cause I'm just f'ing this thing up left and right.
