As you may or may not know, I will be running the PF Chang's 1/2 marathon this Sunday, 01/16/2011.  I've also got my best friend in the whole world coming in from Florida.  I'd like to have a pot luck get together at my house on Sunday evening.  I figured we could start around 6:30 or 7:00.  Please bring a dish or some beer (take it with you when you leave) or whatever else you want.  I've never had a bunch of people at my place before, and I'd really love it if you could make it over.  Most of you are what I think of as my best friends.  We can watch a movie (World's Fastest Indian maybe) and bullshit as usual.  And you can make fun of my crippled ass trying to get up the stairs after running 13.1 miles earlier in the day.

I live in South Phoenix near 16th st and Roeser.
1410 E. Mobile Ln.
Phoenix, AZ 85040

Spread the word, and let me know if we can make this happen.

May have to swing by after work.

Of course, I'll have a dish to pass.

There are a lot of recipes that use turkey  bacon !!

Great idea to feast, socialize and comment on your post race ailments.
Sounds fun, but i'll be out of town up in the air somewhere over the Pacific.
have fun and tip a rootbeer for me, and good luck with the run!

Ryan!
Good shin-dig...at least from my vantage point on the couch.
Sorry I was such a lump, but still recovering from being ill.
Thanks for having us all over! Can't wait til next time!  Grin
