OK going for a blat South of Brissy. No fixed plan but perhaps Hinze Dam or Binna Burra or Mt Lindsay.

Anyone interested we'll be meeting at the Yamanto Macca's at 0830 for a 0900 departure.

Sick of rain and cleaning up after it.........this will be my first ride since before Christmas! So much for Sunshine State  Angry

Nope you're not...........I believe one of the other forums has a picture of your knickers on display?  laughingdp

Ended up heading out to Queensland Raceway and watched the bikes go round.

Best time I recorded was 1:19 by a S1000RR. Now I seem to be doing about 1:38 on my 800 and my son does low 1:30's on his SV650............seems a long way from sub 1:20's but something to strive toward. Perhaps I need to be more of a man on turn 1 to keep my speed up?

Cheers

lol, really? hope they're clean!
how far did you end up getting? or did you just go straight to QR?
anyway, turn one isn't the issue, it's turn three with those shitty bumps in the braking area!

That's Tom's nemesis too he finds it hard to keep it shiny side up. Only did a short ride as I kept getting irratic temp readings but fixed it - loose connector. Still haven't scrubbed in my tyres.
