Jeff is a stand up guy and is willing to take care of situations regarding the parts he sells. Jeff is a guy that actually cares about what his customers think of the parts he sells, and will work with you. These traits are what make a great business, and I consider myself a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

Thanks for taking care of me, Jeff. bow down

No, it ain't ass kissing- Jeff took care of me. Believe me if someone doesn't give good service, I would shout it from the rooftops, as well.

I bought parts from Jeff twice and both times got excellent service. He never tried to up-sell me but actually suggested some cheaper options. Next time I need monster parts I'll call him.

He includes free stickers in some orders, which is really a nice touch. I'm happy to have a monsterparts sticker on my tool chest.

I'll join the praise at the risk of my nose browning a bit.  Jeff is easy as hell to deal with and the stickers I've gotten over the years I have my very own Ducati wallpaper in the garage.  Grin

lots of vendors do it...the Pottermans from parts4vws.com did it it for years starting in '97, as I found out when I was doing stuff on one of my Scirocco's and got stuff from them...nothing like fueling some midnight wrenching with a sugar rush...LOL

anyways....thanks Jeff for what you do for all the members here and elsewhere and hope the truck keeps on rollin for ya!

I agree... Jeff personally called my cell phone on a saturday morning before shipping out my parts, because he had an open box version that he thought I might want instead, for 20% off.   I like that kind of service.
