I have a full Termi exhaust, no baffles came with it...I'm preparing to do a trackday in a month.  In addition to getting proper gear, do most places check the exhaust with a db meter or something like that?

no.  but some do have a DB limit and require stock exhausts.  check with the track you're going to.

+1, most trackday orgs don't measure db but the track might.  The most notable to do so is Laguna Seca.  As you're on the east coast, that's likely not where you're headed Wink  Most trackday orgs will specifically mention if the track has noise limits.  If you don't see it, they likely don't but call the track/org and check.
