Punkass2112 has them. He posted in a thread I created about them.

Haha, np. I do that a lot, especially if the thread is over 2 pages.

I had a pair, the little cups that accept the plunger rods aren't adjustable like they are with the CRGs/Pazzos. Otherwise they are nice. I need to get rid of the ones I have, got the CRGs instead. Be prepared to wire your clutch switch leads together, since they don't have a provision for it, and you can't get a connector piece like you can for the CRGs. If I had it to do over, I'd get a pair of Pazzos and declare victory.

I've had them on every dirt bike I've ever owned (well, at least in the last 8 years or so) and I love them. I dunno if they're "unbreakable," but I was never able to (and I tried quite a few times).

Same as Darryl, I have always put them on my dirtbikes, but those hit the ground about a billion times more than I ever want my S4R to.

I have them, and have been dragging my feet writing up a review, but here are my thoughts:
Short version: passionate company, but still working through some bugs.
Long version:
Pros: Great lever. Made with real care. Feel is great. To the other folks who thinks 200+ adjustment is too much, I say "ba humbug." I don't need all that range, but it sure was nice towards the end of a ~400 mile day trip when my left had was tired and I was able to make minute adjustments for it to fit how I like. More adustability is better than less...simple as that. Regarding being unbreakable...the lever flips all the way back so it would be damn hard to break. I imagine that if you applied enought up/down force you can still break them. The company is still real mom 'n pop and the folks (CEO to Customer Service) care about my opinion and wants to make me happy. On a S4RS, I don't have the "pnut toggle" issue.
Cons: The company is still real mom 'n pop and I feel like I'm doing some of their R&D for them. My main issue has been the clutch-side push rod for lever adjustment. The brake side has a threaded rod with a smooth head that pushes the lever away from you or closer to you. The clutch-side has the same rod, but is threaded all the way through. I've worked with the founder/designer and they have the correct part on order, but I still have not received them in the mail. They mailed me something ~3 weeks ago, but it was the wrong threaded rod. I spoke to their customer service (a real pleasant person) and she posted me both screw. 2 weeks later, I still have not received the package. I just spoke to them again today and they are sending out another package for the correct screw. The black anodizing is pretty dark and not purple like others I've seen, but it is still not black. Think LCD black versus CRT black. I also don't know if these levers work with the Monsters that require the pnut toggle....They were suppose to be fixing this issue, but I know the first batch (~3 month ago) did not fix that issue.
