Definitely the ultimate expression of the 916/996/998 Tamburini design. It has already has a complete complement of DP accessories - what is there left to do with it but ride?

Make me + vote #3. But don't get rid of your Monster. You'll miss having a comfy Duc. The Tamburini's are torture racks on day long rides. Even without the fused vertebrae. bang head

The 2001 996S and the 998 FE are the ones to get. Both are full Ohlins without the SPS/R bullshit and expense. waytogo [moto]

That's a decent price especially if it's had the $$$$ 12K service already done.

I take it, 'skrat, now that we're 12 hrs away from your original post, the 998s is in your garage?  If it's not...

Thanks for the craigslist link  Evil

shop's closed today.  Angry
this is not a definite deal yet, depends on my trade-in value. And no I don't want to trade my Monster in but right now with tax season that's the safest bet IF, and only IF, the trade-in is a good value.

Depending on what you need I might have some stock stuff. Good thing lots of your work was powdercoating because that's no big deal. Can't transfer it anyhow.

Hmmm your garage would have a lot of extra space if you swapped out the Winnabago instead of the Duc.... just saying.
