I need to run to AMS and pick up a rubber bushing to put the front fairing back on.

Is it a well nut? Not sure about the 748, but I found the ones for the 900SS at Lowe's in their hardware bins.

Hate to butt in here but why is it that when I try and post an avatar pix it expands to fill the small square?  Distortions on the skinny side I can deal with, but expanding... WTH?!?  I'm using a Mac (old Windows machine croaked so I think this is probably Computer Settings related but I'm not seein' it   Lips Sealed  ).

I called AMS today and they have plenty of them, and they are only 3 bucks.  probally the cheapest thing there.  Its a rubber bushing with a nut in it.  It goes on the headlight bucket and is rubber for shocks.  But thanks CJ.

Now back to lisa......

I was hoping to see BMW had resolved its asymmetrical "issues" with the new 2012 bike, but sadly, no  bang head
