Wish you were here!

No, we all wish we were there! Not here. Sounds great Alan! Wow, real curvy roads with scenery and everything... and no traffic. Lots of great people here but we are missing what is apparently all around you... great places to ride. I've ridden real roads with scenery before and it makes it tough to come back to DFW. How far is it up there? No s#@t, we should plan a trailer trip up there sometime. waytogo [moto] drink

I do wish you guys were here, you would love it!!  Yes I have all the great ride conditions, but you have all the great people. ( I wish you guys were here) (then we would both have it all) Since this weekend is a long one and I also took tuesday off, I think I am going to go do that route (or close to) again!  I will take pics this time.  Man the scenery is just excellent!! The majority of the roads are smooth, very nice!

I agree, NO $H!T we should plan a trailer trip, but it is kinda far, about 1200 miiles, but I know alot of people won't come.  so if anyone really wants to, then everyone can stay at the house.  It is about a 20ish hour drive, you would have to come for a week.  If we could plan this for next summer it would be great or whenever.  I just want to ensure that IF this does happen, then I want to take off that week also.  Maybe I should start a thread to see if anyone would want to come?  Does anyone??  Huh?

Thanks for your help, that could be it.  Now all I have to do is find the volume function... There's just one button on the Shuffle and it is supposed to do everything; pause/play/forward/back.   The Up and Down arrows on the button don't seem to do much so I'm off to the Apple/Ipod website... joy.

Hey Lisa, which generation shuffle is it? I've got a first gen. (long and white... [ Evil ] ) and I have to press the play button twice after powering on.

Ha!  This is just too easy... Where's the blushing smiley?  Awww, never mind.

In answer to the Ipod gen question, unfortunately I have no idea (I'm doing good to know it's a "Shuffle").  The double click on the Play/Pause button doesn't work either - thanks tho  Undecided

Just got back from class so I'll track it down on the web soon  waytogo
