Harley has an interesting promotion where if you buy a new '08 or '09 Sportster (XR 1200 excluded from offer) and drive it less than a year, they will then let you trade it in at FULL MSRP on a new ( selected ) Harley ! In essence you get to ride a year for "free". [moto] If Ducati would make the same offer on select Monsters ...

Harley offered the same deal when the 883 Sportsters came out... of course back then they cost $3,999.00 which I believe was in 1986-1987. Keep it a year and they would give you the full $4K value trade in on a big boy's bike. Great offer!
