Ha! Nah... Did anyone else watch the program last night on Discovery Channel that documented a "typical" year at Sturgis?  There were some really spectacular bikes and a GIANT custom bike competition; over 100 bikes entered from all over the planet... The judging took two days  Shocked  No U.S. made custom has ever finished in the top three.

Very original, totally built-from-scratch scooters.  A whole circus tent full of 'em!

Now THAT would be something to see!

I've riden HD's and have just now stopped vibrating. Saw my surgeon yesterday and he said that vibration can cause carpel tunnel too, or just working with you hands, or like me riding a Ducati in sport riding position will make it worse. Told him I do have my limits, I'm not going to stop riding. I told him Ducs have no vibration (to speak of).
I think Cher, we need to continue this thread jack in the "Bike Lust" thread !! Ha ha...  chug

The bike that won onthe show would do any styling house proud.  Goldammer's Goldmember (goofy name aside)  Some details here: http://amdchampionship.com/content.php?page=registry&section=viewbike&event=2008world&bikenumber=055

This seems odd.  This guy has 1975 posts in 8h 54 min of board time?  And only 2 pages of posts show up?  Methinks there is a problem here.
