loud exhausts are always cool on our bikes...but there's no freaking way i would pay that kind of money for an exhaust setup.  i found my full arrow system used from a guy on here for much less than the price new, and it was just about in new condition.  i cringe when i see the kind of $$ that some people put into their exhaust.

I'd like to sometime.  Do you still have your older GSXR?  That yellow R6 of yours is too nice for a newbie test-drive  bang head

Man, I hear that  (hmmm, that's kinda punny...)   The Termis on the 620 came from Ebay.  Nice price - great sound.  I'm holding out for a similar deal on a 999.   coffee

Yeah, I went the used route as well and happy as heck that I held out (considering the highway robbery for the ECU). Bryant alerted me to a great deal posted on the board.  waytogo

We'll have to keep an eye out on a set for Cher's bike.  [moto]

Lisa,

Pretty sure T doesn't have the '04 Gixxer anymore. I think that's why he keeps staring at mine! laughingdp Great bike for sure... like so many others. I don't even want to ride an '05+ because I am so happy with my old school '04. Pipe, PCIII, Ohlins, brake goodies, etc. ... it's all a person really needs in an over the counter bike drug. Does it have the soul of a Duc and the panache? No. But it rocks in it's own little world... oh, and the full race Akra doesn't sound bad either. waytogo [moto] bacon

You are always welcome to steam roll a test ride on the Busa or Gixxer for a 1st hand inline four experience. My only problem is that I like them all, twins, fours, etc. ... is that bad?

Bad?!?  How can having a non-denominational appreciation for all things moto be bad?  laughingdp  And thanks for the offer on test-drives, I appreciate it  waytogo

Here Here! +1
This is a good segway into one of the rant threads on the General board...the guys' thread says something like "What I hate about Ducati"...he rants on to say that it's just a bike and not a fashion statement. I do see some logic there I must say.
