Well, it's about time; death penalty for left-lane bandits. O.K. not exactly death penalty but the buggers get a friggin' ticket!
http://www.autoblog.com/2010/03/24/report-georgia-to-outlaw-left-lane-slowpokes/
I thought all states had a similar law so maybe it's all down to enforcing the existing laws that are already on the books...
Who knew?

Pinocchio's Driving Rules
City rules while caging it:
If I'm going the speed limit, I have a right to any lane I'm in, unless an emergency vehicle needs it. I'll move to the right when I want to exit. I'm not going to ride the scud lane just because someone wants to pass me on the left at 15 over. They can leave me out of their unique view of traffic laws. I'm busy listening to the traffic report, have hot coffee, and every other day, a .45. Guess which day....
City rules while riding:
It's my license, my insurance, and my road. I'll take my chances and trust in Brembo radial brakes.
Country rules:
Rules? what rules?!?

I'll be the guy in the left lane who acknowledges the law on the books prohibitting passing a car on the right, waiving a .45 at you and urging you to scoot towards the right.

If I was left handed I would also wave the .45 1911! I can shoot ambi/weak hand but not as well while on a bike.

so, the netflix description of "girl on a motorcycle" claims that it was europe's answer to "easy rider". the make the beast with two backs it is.... i got through about 30 minutes of it last night...right up to the "fondue scene", and was done with it. what a waste of time...no story, no substance, and these retarded over-the-top "trippy" scenes which were pointless. how, exactly, it's in any way like easy rider...beyond just having someone on a motorcycle, is beyond me.

trust me, even the nudity, which there was some, didn't make it at all worth watching. to make it even worse (or more laughable i guess) most any of the actual riding scenes (i.e. the ones that weren't just filmed in front of a cheesy green screen) you could very easily tell that it was some dude riding the bike with long wig-hair...

According to imdb.com, Girl on a Motorcycle came out in 1968 and Easyrider didn't come out until 1969, so it would be difficult to be an answer to something yet to be created.

From Wikipedia:
"
Despite being filmed in the first half of 1968, roughly between Mardi Gras and the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy, with production starting on February 22[7] the film did not have a U.S. premiere until July 1969, after having won an award at the Cannes film festival in May. The delay was partially due to a protracted editing process
