Hell, it's cheaper than me buying an Ohlins shock!

I could start a counter to count the number of days before you get one!

Let see, dollar says 9 months tops.  Anyone want to bet one way or the other?

I'm waiting for the Speedymoto top triple to get back in stock so I can get my damper ordered

Their top triple has a provision for a damper?

The Speedymoto top triple plus the Dan Kyle Öhlins damper kit is part of the plan. I think the Showa forks and shock are better than me still so I'll stick with them for now.

I can feel your burning desire for the gold member.  It burns....it burns...!!  Grin

Wish I could help you out there.  Still trying to work out my issues...

I think once you get yours set up right, you'll be happy with it for a while.

What kind of hardware is required? I have a mac with a Bluetooth mouse. Will that kick Rossi's ass?

motogp 2007 isn't too demanding; you should be able to play it on just about anything that isn't more than a couple years old.

GRID requires considerably more heft in the graphics department, however.  lots of fun to play, though (especially online...and drunk!  Grin )...it's a good part arcade feeling, and good part realistic.  i got in some crazy barrel-roll flips and crashes yesterday and miraculously landed on my wheels (sometimes) and kept going...though it drove like shit.   waytogo

i happen to have a BFG GeForce 7600GT (256MB) OC video card that i no longer need.  it's PCI express (x16) and comes factory overclocked (that's what BFG does).  i think it actually has a lifetime warranty...BFG used to do that, i think they still do.  it's also very easy to overclock the card further for a bit more performance.  it works great, i just decided to take the plunge on a new ATI card.

i also have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (socket AM2) CPU (dual core) if anyone is needing an upgrade from a smaller AM2 processor.  just let me know, i'll include the AMD cpu cooling fan also.  it's never been overclocked...i just ran it stock.  i found a great deal on an AMD phneom processor yesterday and no longer need the Athlon.

Wow, hadn't looked at ebay motors/ducati in several days (always good time killing entertainment!) and damn there was like 137 bikes! The last time I looked I swear there was only 80 something! Damn. I think the most I have ever seen was 140 and that was a good while ago. Is it the economy? Has the housing market woes now made it over to bikes? I can see ditching your Hummer or Escalade because of $4/gallon gas but your bike? I guess it's a good time to buy just like the house market.

Eff yeah it would be.

If you want to build it up ol'school I have a spare stock 6-71 blower and some extra 660CFM 4BBL center squirters...
Maybe a block or heads or something too...

With that short of a wheelbase I wouldn't want to go much over 600HP on the street.
...well, not "much"  over...
