I'm getting to be a great troubleshooter/machine maintenance tech.
The first job I go to run on my mill and I'm dead in the water because of a failed coil on a directional control valve. It makes my tool changer mechanism move around and it's toast.
I hope I can get another one in for tomorrow.

Oooooo...I got an idea....a kickstand...the pivot bolts in right above the Flamingo's head and the single foot of it extends down to the pavement....
I'd rock it this way:

Found a valve with both coils on eBay for a great price. I'll have it tomorrow.
I'll pull off one of the coils to replace my one bad one and then I'll have some spare parts.
Things could be much worse

February is now officially bonkers.
Its looking like ill have to work 2nd shift for a good part of the month to get everything done on time.
And my main customer wants to give me
more
And another, quickly growing, customer wants to inventory their material at my facility so they can just send orders and we can get to it.
I need another body or machine. Possibly both.
Yee haaw!

I love seeing a new business succeed and prosper...it's what makes this country awesome for the people who want to work for it.
Best of luck, and I hope the orders keep coming!

I have every confidence he can...and will.
