But on a more serious note, many thanks to a couple of guys from the MV Forum who took pity on me. One sourced me an upgraded hub, while another from Baulkham Hills just happened to have a spare faring in white pearl gathering dust......Got me back on the road at a fraction of the outlay for "over the counter" parts.

Aiming for Berowra around 10:30-11:00... Quick run North then back to PITS.
