I think that I'm almost ready for another Turismo.
The last one that started in Noosaville was in 2006.
We must almost be due for the same again.

Sorry folks,  forgot to post inside info I got when I attended the NDR in March.

Next Turismo will start Nov5 and be in the Snowy Mountains.  Will probably start off in Canberra. Past Turismos have run for 4 days. That's all I know. So start working on your Annual leave and brownie points.  Dolph waytogo

November is a pretty busy month in the Snowies for different club rides and weather can be extremely variable.

Good to see they are consistent with their information.

So that would have the event starting on the Monday directly after the Snowies Ride (Steven Walter Foundation) ... the Friday, Saturday & Sunday prior from what I can tell.

Heather as a Snowy 'veteran' was does "extremely variable" mean?

Hi Betty

Veteran??? - you calling me old  Shocked

Given that it is a busy month for bikes up that way, I wouldn't say the dates are set in stone, but I did get this info from Warren Lee.

Having ridden in the Snowies several times during the month of November I would predict that it could be warm, cold, very hot, very cold, very wet, snowing, icy or dry - and all in same day.  Grin

Yes.

Ah, I mean no.

Having ridden in the Snowies several times during the month of November

That's what I meant by veteran.

Is that only on the Victorian side?

Because our weather has been consistently fabulous recently laughingdp
