It's never too late to do the right thing.  ;D

Given how much I've put into my current monster, I'd say that ship has sailed.

And my next bike... will be a Streetfighter (just as soon as they start to show up used  :'( )
I own several motorcycles. I have owned lots of motorcycles. And have bolted and/or modified lots of crap to said motorcycles...

Which rad covers? The cf ones that extend to the frame to cover the fans, or the small ones that fit on the sides?  (Just curious in mods, I still am water-cooled-bike-less)

The ones that go from the frame to the rad.

You can see them sitting on DucHead's lift in the last pic.

Yup.  I guess that'll be this summer's project.  Perhaps trim the front of existing covers, add material (modeling clay?) to the rear,  make a mold (latex?) and make new covers from fiberglass.

Note:  The S4RS radiator is even wider than the desmoquattro S4R, so I'm not sure the Pace unit will fit the S4RS.

Anyone with an S4RS who's interested, please send me pics of the mount point of the radiator to the horizontal head.

Also, the S4RS fans are deeper and may not fit.  The desmoquattro fans fit fine.

I'm gonna send a spare rad to fluidyne and or/ron davis.  The pricing is good without the $200 bill for shipping from the UK.

As it turns out, I have an electrical (ECU?) problem and have not been running fans for >1yr (ca. 9000 miles).  I commute on my bike and have not had any problems over heating (well, once last summer stuck in traffic in downtown Pittsburgh).
