Before
Get your legs in shape - it's more work than you think
Make sure your tires are new or pretty new
Make sure your oil drain plug is tight
Check for loose bits on the bike
Try to get a good night's sleep the night before (probably won't happen though)

On track
Ask lots of questions and if you're struggling ask an instructor for help.
Be specific on what you want to work on.
Take it easy the first session of the day, and the first one after lunch
Build up your speed slowly - concentrate on consistency rather than speed
Drink lots of fluids between sessions
If you find yourself making a bunch of errors, pull in early, you're tired
If you're beat, skip the last session
Take notes during the day.

If you haven't already, get your bike's suspension set up by a pro. And then get a book and write down the settings. You may need it firmer at the track.
