perhaps we can either suggest friends we know as well, etc.
motor work is largely budget dependent. when budget is an issue, pick lightweight wheels first, because its like upgrading your brakes and motor too.

some thoughts
Ti axles mag side cases ti bolts everywhere? need to wait for motorcreations carbon fiber replacement tail, gets rid of that metal pan on the tail piece. mono seat in carbon fiber carbon fiber tank panels going to pod filters? BST rims
you should be hitting pretty low in the 300s for weight
