It's our new "ride a Harley or get f'n fired" policy. It's in the fine print of the SOP manual - that's why it took Stuart a while to find it.............

 cheeky

we are considering dropping the mandatory chaps rule - just because of Stu Grin Grin

I test rode a 2004 rubber-mounted Sportster 1200 when they first came out.  The dealer had it done up right with their Screaming Eagle pipes, airfilter, ignition and carb.  That bike was definitely the quickest Harley I've ever ridden, (probably even quicker than my Dyna Twin Cam which has been hopped up with S&S heads, carb, etc.)  Anyways that Sportster felt awesome in a straight line.  I know I have ridden faster bikes (Sportbikes), but that Sportster just felt fast.

I hope yours gets the right combinations of go-fast parts.  Be careful.  The stuff Harley has been selling is not as potent as what they used to sell.  I think their pipes and ECU re-maps are probably still EPA compliant.  Try to get a test ride on a bike with the parts you want.
