FEELER: Fair selling price for my 2004 999 SBK, mono?

I'm trying to land on a fair price for my SBK - KBB currently has an "excellent" 999 base at
$5450.00
. Given my non-factory sticker kit, I know it will be difficult to get that price so given that, what to do you think is a fair asking price for my bike?
Most of you know this 2004 999 "base" pretty well inside and out. But for those of you who don't, here's a brief run-down:
I bought the bike new in March of '05 from AMS/Alvarado with 500 miles on it. I am the only owner.
The moto currently has 26,760 miles on the clock
All
service and maintenance work have been done at AMS at the recommended service intervals.
All
records for this work are itemized and cataloged in a folder that can be reviewed by any potential buyer.
The 24k Service (with new belts, tires, chain and sprockets, and front fork rebuild) were just completed two months ago at AMS/Dallas.
This motorcycle is ridden at the very least weekly and I've taken it to numerous trackdays, extended trips through Arkansas and the Texas Hill Country. It has never missed a beat and has never once let me down.
This 999 is the most reliable motorcycle I have ever owned, without exception. The motorcycle has both black keys and the Red Key.
So. There you have it. What do you think this bike is worth?

why do you want to get rid of it, moving up? (d16rr) 5500 is not a bad deal, especially how you have every service record?

No, no shinanigans here, it's just time for a change and I'd like to replace the Duc with a larger sport/touring bike. I'm looking at these four: BMW K1200S; BMW K1300GT, Kawasaki Concours; and Kawasaki ZX-14R - all "pre-owned" of course
All are full-fairing motos with hard luggage, ABS and all the usual touring gadgets:
There's nothing wrong with my Duc and it has served me well - I just would like to try something new for a while [moto]

As you well know I love my K1200S. You're welcome to take it for another test ride (the hospital parking lot doesn't count). Maintenance is cheaper than the duc and other than a dead battery, it's never let me down over 25k miles. The '05 was the first year so I'd get an '07 or newer that has all the kinks ironed out.

MY EYES!!!!
Can I have that click back?
That's not pink, that's vomit pink!
Who the hell would do that to a harmless, innocent Hayabusa? Another sign of the Apocalypse.
I know about the ZX-14s and you don't want to get one of the early model years. Nice scooters but the low and mid range were pretty weak compared to a Hayabusa of the same vintage. Kawi fixed it with some fuel re-mapping but I can't remember what year model that was. Hmmm, maybe 2008? A quick call to my Suzook/Kawi shop buddies will answer that. They are now way more up the "task" and equal to any Busa. They would make a really nice big block sport tourer for sure. Heli bars, ZG Double Bubble wind screen, luggage, tank bag... bingo, you're done.
The Kawi Connie kicks butt too but like the original Connie it's REALLY heavy. Really shows up in parking lots and the garage. But, like my Busa, the weight does seem to sort of disappear once rolling.
I know nothing about Bimmers. They're German right?
Good luck with the sale and the new purchase! OK... I'll be the first to break the ice and say it. You're going to miss the trip 9! [moto]

I didn't know you bought it new! Cool
Nice bike, seems like you could get pretty close to top dollar with your records and cleanliness.
