Thanks for the heads up man. I've definitely settled on painting. I'm actually trying a little experiment that I don't think anyone else has attempted yet... Someone has to be the guinea pig, right? I don't want to give it away just yet, and hell... maybe someone HAS done it... but I can't find it on the board. Either way, it'll be interesting.
It's just too much damn hassle to powder coat. For the simplicity involved with painting, I'd be perfectly happy painting THREE times vs. one powder coating session.

If you're painting, why not just leave them on and do some masking?

that's exactly what i'm doing...
i was just stating that removing all the bushings, bearings, etc. to P/C is more work than it's worth...

I LOVE it!
Old school...goes new school. Some nice stainless hardware would set it off nicely!

These are super nice and I've used them on a few bikes. They are actually polished rather than knurled like so many of the kits out there. These guys are great!

ordered.
typically i prefer to replace everything with the tapered socket cap stuff from Pro-Bolt, but like I said, that much $$$ on BOLTS is just absurd. Plus it's nice to support a guy on this side of the world for once!
thanks man!

stainlesssteelcycle is good peeps! They made a special kit for my dry clutch bike. TPO offers a nice kit too,
I actually prefer the polished kit from the boys in WV though!
