If it is on the internet it is free right (I am not entirely sure where 1/4 of our smileys came from either ) mitt Some came with the smf software. The ones we added came from a free site. I'd like to add this one, but the site it's hosted on doesn't give any info on re-use, only if it's copyrighted you have to own it to upload it to that site. I haven't seen this one on any of the 'free' sites. |

Would "fair use" be applicable since this is not a for profit venture? I'd IMAGINE that since no profits are made, the owners (if there are any) would just say "take it down." I'm not a whale biologist, so I'll quiet down now.  |
