California Superbike School needs corner workers this Spring, specifically on April 21st, 22nd, 24th (yeah, Easter) as well as June 13th and 14th. All at Streets of Willow.

If you've done this before, you know it's an awesome opportunity to get free track time.

If you haven't done this before, you should have probably been around a track a few times before you apply.

Shoot me an email at mattstefl@gmail.com if you're interested.

How does one get free track time?  You corner work for the day and they give you another day for free?

Sorry about the delayed response, seldom 'hang' in here.

Anyhow, long story short you arrive at the track and post up in your assigned corner. There are 3 sessions an hour. You man the corner for 2, and ride 1. There are typically 4 corners and 7 workers. We essentially rotate so that all corners are manned, and everyone gets to ride.

The best part of the deal is the lunch ride...students eat lunch, track belongs to corner workers for 45 minutes....

It may not sound like a lot of riding, but it is. More than enough.

I have a lot of buddies who are track junkies that don't ride monsters and don't come here.

Is derbying this information elsewhere OK, or no?

Thanks for asking. As I'm doing this more as a favor for the school and my email address is attached to this, I'd rather not put it out there. I'm comfortable doing it on the DMF board, but not sure I want to open Pandora's internet box.

Feel free to PM any friends you think might be interested, but I'd prefer not to public post.
