Congrats ML!!

Thanks, pal!

Also, sorry to read about your get off. Sounds like a mystery as to why the bike shut down.

This is my first bike with the immobilizer. I'm somewhat worried about ecu issues.

Fingers crossed.

Very nice bike.  You are going to love it.

I had a pretty big love/hate thing going on with mine for about the first 8 months (special thanks to Fastwin on the pep talks and Dp for helping figure out what was wrong with it, cause I was pretty frustrated ).  Now that is is running strong (boy is it strong).  I have to make myself hop on the S2R800 (which now feels like a scooter).

Be safe!

If you ever have a problem with the ECU and/or the immobilizer get a Nemesis immediately.  Don't even think about staying with stock. I went through that and it cost me 3K to get everything straightened out and that was even with special discounts from the dealer and a tech, Will, who went out of his way to help. In the end it was the event that prompted me to sell the bike after it was all fixed. In hindsight I shouldn't have sold the bike but I was pretty PO'd at the time.

I was there throughout all of this.  And while the bike was fixed, and then sold off, the saddest part came shortly after.  The person who bought this bike got caught up in some drama with an ex-SO and the bike took the brunt of the damage.   Cry

^ I'm aware of this.

I was on a quick 20 minute cruise on Sunday.  I was a good boy but I did get on it once in second gear.

I have never been on anything that pulls this hard. This bike is fast. Wicked fast. I went from 45-95 in probably less than 3 seconds. I backed out before I hit the limiter.

This bike commands your respect and full attention. Believe me, its getting it.
