These bastards made me real nervous that they were getting swept :( I don't really think we can take the series being down 3, but at least it's a series now. Maybe we can have the pleasure of winning a 1 or 2 more. If we take 3 more... I'll eat one of my old shoes.

Edit: not the whole shoe, that would make me puke...

Franzen is definately playing with a broken foot/ankle. Can't skate or shoot to save his life.

Lidstom at 41 played like he was in his 20's

I was the most unsociable son of a pregnant dog at my friend's wedding last night.  Glued to my phone, keeping up with the Wings game.  I thought it was gonna be a repeat of last year but the Wings blew another lead.  They just don't make it easy to be a fan sometimes.


Edit:  I just watched the video of the Clowe incident.  Haven't people been suspended for cheap shots like that?  Sean Avery comes to mind.

clowe jacked abdelkader, with an elbow, between whistles, hard enough that he was knocked off his skates and knocked down a linesman... justin had a few words for clowe for it... clowe responded by punching.

clowe is  a clown.

If we are down by a few points tomorrow, I really hope Justin takes his revenge...

Yeah, like no Red Wing (player) has ever given another player a cheap shot. Also if Justin goes after him he will get a beating.
