I just put bar ends on last night and I have the same problem.  The lever perch is cast as part of the top clamp, so there's no way to flip that I can see.  Oh well.

exactly.. that is how mine are. There is no way to just flip them over. Guess plugging is the only way.  Sad

Huh, odd that an '01 and '05 would be similar.  I figured Ducati just changed the mount sometime after '01.  I need to get some frame plugs for an upcoming tail chop anyhow, so I'll just plug the old mirror holes.  Regardless, I'm so glad to have those stock mirrors off!  Wow, what a difference!
