I was amazed at how little damage I had. Yes, there was just a small rash on the pipes, but it's almost invisible after five min. of work with some light sand paper and a sharpie. I did break the toe piece off of the rear brake lever, but I think I can get it welded. The repair cost for the whole deal was under $100.00.

Just installed Rizoma spy-R 80 bar end mirrors, they are the best. I can't believe I waited so long and waisted money on standard mirrors!
I also replaced the  stiff Speedymoto pressure plate springs with a set of corse dynamics polished springs from Motowheels. The clutch pull now feels perfect to me!

You can't use the word Rizoma and not include pics...I'm pretty sure it's in the TOS of this forum...

Ok, I took some quick, crappy, cell phone pics. New springs and the spy-r80 mirrors.

DP windscreen.  Not sure I'm feeling it just yet but it definitely adds some wind protection compared to full naked.  Ya or nay?

Hmm...I both like it and don't. I really liked the equilibrium your bike had, not sure if this distracts from it.

Storm, you know me - I'm a fan of your bike...especially your headlight. But I feel that this muddles the front lines a bit and detracts from that awesome headlight.

One question: any drawbacks from running without belt covers.  Love the look, but I've been afraid to do it here in FL where it rains ALL. THE. TIME. right now.

Not a fan. Maybe if you had the square LED headlight still, it would look alright. Or if you stacked another light like you have on top of the current one.

Ya know what would look really nice is TWO of those skinny headlights one mounted on top of the other and slightly rearward of the other.  I liked the bigger headlight better in that it had some substance.  The smaller one looks like something fell off  Grin

I just picked up a nice little Rizoma MA005 handlebar in Black.  Kinda wanted the silver but was told it is a poor match for the stock silver on my 2013 EVO.  Hopefully this bar will allow a little more seat time before the body starts to hurt.  After riding the Multistrada for five days and 2350 miles I have to say that being a bit more upright was not a bad thing.

Two broken collarbones and a broken wrist have taken their toll on leaning forward a lot.  If the bar does not help me get through 300 miles without pain I may end up trading her in for a Multi.....  Cry     Don't want to though as my Monster has a huge parts list........  Suppose I could pull all the aftermarket stuff and trade it in stock but really really want this bar to workout!

Sadly, I agree with you all.  It looks out of place on my bike but damn its nice to have a *little* wind protection on the freeway.  My Diavel will soon takeover freeway duty so this windscreen wont be needed for long thankfully.

Soon to come: New custom paint, new fiberglass tail, and finally the multistrada bellypan!
