rent??? (too many scams)

Wife and I are looking to move again.. any place in queens or northern part of brooklyn.. closer to tue city the better.. 1500$ or lower with parking or 1200-1300 if no parking 3 bedroom none rail road..  any one know of or renting out?   Place we are at now sucks due to neighbors and constant heat issues.. with a baby we need heat and the 14 yr old isn't found, neither am I, of railroads.

    Now the scams..  have been looking on the list for places.. of course if it seems to good to be true then its a scam..  one we just replied to seemed legit.. get reply email and as always I google the # or the site they say to go to for a credit report, which I wouldn't do either way..  always a scam..

dont know anyone off hand that can help out, but maybe you might want to think about nj as a possible too?  if you're close to the bridge or the tunnels, it's not that much diff travel time btwn brklyn and the city.  and rent should be cheaper there.
