This is one of the worst bike accidents i have ever seen. It happened in Croatia. A work mate of mine lost his best friend in it. Two groups of bikes crash head on around a bend after one them veers to the wrong side, they were doing around 160.  http://www.24sata.hr/crna-kronika-news/stravicna-nesreca-troje-ljudi-poginul

Sorry I'm not even going to open that .
I hate seeing shit like that  Sad

On a more humorous note.
A Brazilian girl I worked with just recently lost her wallet in Manly.
She never expected to get it back.
Amazingly it turned up in a Post bag as her address was on her drivers license.
The wallet was intact with all her cards.........but the cash was gone. Shocked

The Perps must of had a sense of humour , seeing on her license she was a Brazilian national.
They shaved all their pubic hair off and filled up the wallet where the money used to be. laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp

Oh here we go again!!  Roll Eyes

What tripe and sensationalistic bullshit are the  Police, Govt and TAC rolling out this time on tonights News regarding motorcycle safety in Victoria!?  Roll Eyes Angry

When figures show that in excess of 70% of cases involving car/motorcycle conflict the  motorcycle was NOT at fault, and the road conditions were a major contributing factor!!  Roll Eyes Shocked

Lets see where our Motorcycle Levee is being spent!? Pfffft!

Its a wonder the Libs havent taken that money too!! They are doing it with employers Workers Compo contributions and putting it in their pockets so I guess we will be next!?  Huh?

Will it be another example of Public Servants justifying their existence? Or will it be constructive mechanisms and policies to support and aid in our safety? I remain cynical until proven otherwise!  Evil (A lifetime of motorcycling has made me this way!!  bang head )

I'll bite..

Yesterday afternoon around 4pm I headed down the putty to penrith from home in muswellbrook on the 620..
Went over the bridge at bulga and the pub was packed with people playing two-up out front. Grass on your left on the inside of the corner was full.
Headed into the turn about 50kmh i think (didn't really take notice) And glanced at the pub to check out any trim, something in the corner of my eye grabs my attention... A blue honda accord euro turns right in front of me right in the middle of the corner!!! Before I could think i'd pulled the clutch in, and grabbed as much brake front and rear as I could, the rear end stepped out what felt like 45 degrees to the front, bike laid over on the chicken strip and locked up. I missed old mate's rear 1/4 by i think about 6 inches.. How the hell I managed to keep the bike upright I have no idea. make the beast with two backs I wish I was wearing a gopro!
I pulled up and took off my helmet and stood there for about 10 mins to calm down.

Haven't noticed a bald spot on the conti on the rear yet...
