I wasn't aware he had actually planned one.

2005 M620 Hi. I’m Troy McClure. You may remember me from such self-help tapes as “Smoke Yourself Thin” and “Get Some Confidence, Stupid!” NYTimes: "...highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a dildo collector."

Me (Monster 696 13) and my partner(gixxer1000 07) all set to go a track ride day next Saturday. My first one Ever! Was excited about this! He gets a new battery and spruces his bike up ready for next weekend (its been in the shed about 2 months). Nice day arrives this sunday just gone so he jumps on his bike ,goes to the roadhouse 100metres away , parks his bike ,goes in comes out..........just as a dead shit loser in a shitbox screams in and slams straight into his bike.Smashed it .Big damage bill. Dickheads got no insurance and doesnt give a shit, we've got no insurance and are devastated . And so it starts . Cops werent interested initially"we're not coming if no ones hurt'' . WTF !!! Cut a long story short we are left with a broken bike and a long hard legal road to even try getting blood out of the stoner. You work hard , save hard ,keep to yourself and make the beast with two backsheads get to screw you over. Oh yeah lifes good. Not bloody fair

That is such a sad story but don't take it lying down Get a recovery of moneys order from the NSW Govt. State debt recovery If he ignores it the Sherif will go to his house if he does not pay on the spot they will remove any items of value to the tune of debt to be sold at auction. It works I have done it. http://www.sdro.nsw.gov.au/fines/ea/civil.phpgood luck

Thanks twodogs. We are in S.A but maybe there is the same thing here . Pulling the bike apart this weekend and pricing everything for a quote but have a worry of a twisted frame. Could be all over for this bike Certainly not the weekend we had planned. Thanks again i'll look into the state law about debt recovery.Cheers.

Oh wow that is a bummer! Unfortunately here in SA I think you will end up going through the small claims court to recover any money. If the guy is uninsured and unemployed he could claim hardship which would mean $10 a fortnight for the next how many ever years it takes to recoup the cost of the damage. This usually ends up a pain in the backside thing and many people just don't pursue it.
Yes the cops wont show up unless anyone is injured, and normally the only interaction you would have with the police is to report the accident if the value of damage is over $1500 (I think), and that is usually for a reference number for insurance purposes.
Sorry to hear your predicament, good luck getting the money back.

Here we have the Eastern Creek celebrity showing us how it's done, in his Okanui's, making sure that the boys are ok and intact. Looking at the smile on his face, i'd say that he is enjoying himself there.

Apparently he has had trouble with the Honda's forks , springs a bit soft and not holding up well under the pressure of high performance riding. I would hazard a guess he is setting a base line and checking the sag.
