Woke up this morning to find my wife actually bought me a birthday present for my birthday today. Shocked

she either forgets or says she didn't have time.

A pair of Rossi  "811 Vision Motorcycle Boots" that actually fit waytogo and the book "Riders" written by Mark Beretta from Sunrise morning show.

Very nice surprise. waytogo [moto]

Come on Webber!
Didn't get it right this weekend. Great season all up. I'll remember that Monaco win for a long time.

Congratulations to Seb though, he really had a fantastic season. Really wish it wasn't shadowed by so much back room Helmut Marko-ing.. But ya get that I suppose.

Hi. I’m Troy McClure. You may remember me from such self-help tapes as “Smoke Yourself Thin” and “Get Some Confidence, Stupid!”
NYTimes: "...highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a dildo collector."

Thanks for the Birthday wishes guys and gals.

But unfortunately I ended up having the worst birthday in my life.

The story goes: (short version, not to bore people)

Get a phone call at lunch time from my mum "Quick you better get down to the hospital ASAP"

My younger sister is in Hospital with Pancreatitis which was causing severe pneumonia as well as a couple of other issues.
After being in hospital for several weeks she looked like improving but BAM! she went down hill.
A Specialist Doctor who was treating her told my older sister and my mum that " I've done everything I can, so I think she's only got a few hours or maybe a day to live"

WTF!!!!!!! we all thought. The worst part was, my little sister was lying in bed and heard it all.
(needless to say I am writing a letter to the hospital board and demanding action against F*#ker)

After endless tests etc it looked like the end was near.
She even said to me (in between her shortness of breath) " I'm bloody well not going to die on your birthday"

She was true to her word to the end.

My little sister died early Sunday morning amongst family and friends

RIP sis

Vossy I am so sorry to hear your truly terrible story. Under the circumstances it was a courageous and loving effort from your sister on your birthday.

As Heather said there is not really much we can do or say other than to send our sympathies and wish you and you family the very best.
