just bought myself a Dremel. Dont know how i have lived with out one of these for so long.

As always i got a bit carried away while trying to remove that ugly yellow oil stain in the sumo which has been driving me grazy. Stripped back most of the paint, have gone through 4 wire brushes. Its saveable and could look pretty ok once its done. Just need to go to bunnings but  my butt is so sore from sitting on the pavement for 5hrs!

Look, to be honest this video deserved its own thread......but to save any embarrasment to certain Monster rider i will refraim. He was spotted at the end of Thunderbolts using a piece of fencing wire stolen from a farmers fence. I just hope his cows are still inside, they may have been the same ones that Matty took about a hundred photos of too. I just happened to be passing by ......and wanted to help.......had my iphone handy to record a monumental feat......  AND......please excuse any expletives directed my way........

  Well ! I was in a bit of a temper wasn't I ?  Angry

Not a bad 5min roadside repair, that bit of fencing wire was the real-deal, kept the pipes on all the way home. Had a great ride and top weekend all round. Got to do that sort of riding more often I reckon.

New smart phone app : could be good for group rides
" Hay tell"
I have been using a handy new app at work that could be great for group rides especially
when people get separated . It is like a PTT on a walkie talkie so removes the hassle of using text with MC gloves on
You get a voice message which you can instantly reply to with a push to talk button,
without having to retrieve voice messages from your mailbox.
Its free works really well and did I mention its FREE lots of talk on the teck sites about it being the next huge thing

Well you dont get charged if you keep within your data limit so if you have a reasonable limit and your not using it excessively it is free , I have not had any extra charges yet and use it a couple of times a day..........I will have to see on my next billing cycle but as a tool of convenience it seems worth while.

example 1: Brian rides past the lead rider  Grin  lets say Rob who is waiting at a turn off....... he can listen to instructions
on how to return to the group without bothering with sms  waytogo
Group regathers and rides on.

Maybe Rob will get it though.....speaking of which.......did you guys go cupcake today..Huh?    waytogo

Hi. I’m Troy McClure. You may remember me from such self-help tapes as “Smoke Yourself Thin” and “Get Some Confidence, Stupid!”
NYTimes: "...highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a dildo collector."
