Got this about three weeks ago.

Inside

It comes with micro switch for brake light, double banjo bolt, four copper washer, pretty much everything you need ...

... err, not quite. If your bike has non-radial type master cylinder, the brake line may have 90 degree fitting at the top. In that case, you'll need a set of new brake lines. I got mine from Spiegler.
http://www.spieglerusa.com/brakes/cycle-brake-line-kits.html
Also, slightly longer than stock EPDM (Ethlene-Propylene-Diene-Materials) hose from local shop for free.

(I ordered two line kit, two lines from master cylinder to each caliper. Since this is custom application, it can take 1-2 weeks. Also, you need to specify the brake line length you want.)

Coaxial cable can be used for measuring, simulating custom routing for brake lines. Similar diameter, flexibility (too thin, too flexible string will not work well.)

Old lines out

New lines getting in (notice rubber sleeve on the line? Don't discard them. They are little bit pain in the %$#* to remove (from stock lines), but will make clean, stock like look.)

Nice thing about Spiegler brake line is that the fitting is adjustable (it rotates around), so the lines won't kink, twist during instlation.

Don't forget to connect the brake light switch.

Almost done.

After this, tighten up everything (well, three banjo and master cylinder holder, brake line holder)
pour brake fluid and breed. I changed clutch and rear brake fluid , too.

Put back the head light (need to re-align), fairing. Double check everything (no fluid leaking), then, go for a test ride !

... so, is it worth $365 ?
YES. It's one of those mods that actually makes riding a bike a lot more fun. (it's been said over and over again. Replacing master cylinder to radial pump type is (in most case) the most effective brake up grading. )

Not quite....... You should do something about that MacGiver reservoir bracket.   cheeky

Rather, two lines total, one for each caliper.  Sorry for the nitpick...

GREAT TIP!

That is a nice touch.

Hey - I know you're excited, but that seems a bit excessive. Wink

Thanks for the nice write-up!

In fact, I already ordered ladybird mount (put an order Sunday night, I'm in California, so it should get here Wednesday. I ordered mine from superbikesupply http://www.superbikesupply.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=stay-lbp )

Well, I knew I'd have to do something sooner or later ... on the test ride, I noticed that reservoir was shaking like crazy ... (not surprisingly, the mount is too flimsy)
I was thinking about this

... or something like this

... or this

In the end, I decided to go ladybird style.

I do love the 'straight' action radial pumps from Brembo.   Great project, btw.   I am "considering" trying out another manufacturer for the front brake master on my project SBK when its time for that - I've got the cast GP brake master on my Monster (billet GP clutch master so it 'almost' matches), and 848-1098-1198 SBK masters on the fixer-upper Monster.

I'd like to look more into the Discacciati and ISR billet radial masters, and the Accossato products to get a handle on the differences. Only trouble is that its difficult to go manipulate one in person and I'd hate to drop coin on one only to later find out its an inferior product by a large enough margin that I have to replace it.
