Stick with the stock F4. You'll be fine. Really.

Who are you?  And what did you do with my friend Rick?

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

useless?! who cares?! have you ever ridden an F4? make the beast with two backsing amazing machine. a bit heavy but the weight gives it more of a feel of solidity than of general heavyness (if that makes sense).

Never said the F4 wsn't a good bike. What I meant was the increase in HP for the new model is useless...it already had a ton. A little more doesn't make a difference. Hardly anyone can take advantage of it all anyway...especially on the street.

What you should really get is an 1198SP. Or a slightly used, but highly modified, and way cool, 848. Evil Evil Evil

I talked to you about the 848 already.   It's really all the bike I would need out here, but...

I won't buy another new Ducati without an alloy tank, so I guess the SP would still be on the table.  But at that price?  I'd rather have the MV.

Trade you a Super Duke for it.   Grin

They might as well be a figment of most people's imagination.

Found only on the left Coast of the US.

I like everything but the cyclops headlight.  Big single headlights (monster) look good... single projectors do not look good... to me.

Absolutely gorgeous. The headlight is perfect. But then I'm a 999 fan also. The only other bikes that even come close are some Bimoto's and the Ducati.

My riding buddy here in IOWA has an F4 (along with 6 other yummy ducati and bmw bikes).  They are not that exotic.

I'd be happy with it too.  At least yours has a metal tank.
