dan did you get any witness info? did the cop catch up to the truck? you need to see if they have your accident report posted. the only way you will get taken care of is if you have one of those two. otherwise as bad as this sounds it will be your word against the drivers. i know it sucks but it is the way the world works today. you definitely want to find that stuff out.

Best we can tell it looks like the truck ran over his arm too  Shocked.

There is a tire mark on his jacket at the left elbow which might explain why so much skin damage occurred while the jacket looks fine.

Update: I've got a lawyer and I talked to the moto
cop today. No police report yet as the license plate
did not process. I'm anxious to read the witness
statements. Dax, CVS had the vitamin powder. Thanks [moto]

I'll be seeing a doc tomorrow and will request a scan as
you guys have suggested.  I'll post up tomorrow.
