maybe I missed it but what engine did they use and what did they bore it out to? Or do they just say 2v air cooled bored out a lot?

As I understand it, it's an 848 lower end (with the deep sump), with a multistrada crank, hyper cams, titanium valves and con rods, high comp pistons (14:1
). They didn't say what, specifically, the jugs were from, just that they were bored out and re-sleeved for a total of 1176cc.
And yes, I'd make sweet, sweet, dirty, hot, smelly, nasty, tire-roasting love to that thing.

There is little doubt the bike is over 300lbs. NCR's "new blue" bike is 316 lbs and only with a tonne of work using cudtom components, including lightening the heads and jugs ny hand, a Ti exhaust header and Mg wheels.
