I was reading up on "The Chicken Bible" and "Deserts from the past"- The recipe for the triple chocolate cake is always a good read but I don't think I'm gonna get past the Evan Williams Egg nog cake. Ok, the Evan Williams recipe really isn't in there but there is a recipe that I use which I substitute the vanilla with some Jack Daniels Vanilla whiskey, Rum and Bourbon- Yeah its pretty boozy.
