 Funny to see all the replies. I finally got around to putting the covers back on. It does look better with it on than off. I think I will eventually go w/ the all black w/ red frame or all white w/ red frame look.

Your title is misleading. That does not make your bike look more naked. If you want to make it look more naked, drop the radiator cover and all that plastic under the frame. That is one thing that will make it look more naked. Removing the cover off of your tank only makes your tank look stupid.
