This one is for all the old school fans of 60s and 70s moto-cross.

http://www.cyclenews.com/articles/motocross/2011/05/31/adolf-weil-dies-at-72/

I was a huge MX fan in those early days and Weil was one of my heros of that era. One of my racing buddies bought and raced a Maico because of the influence Weil had on him. I was a Husky and Bultaco guy but I was still a big fan of Adolf Weil. Sad loss and way too early. In his honor I'll end this with a Dolph! Dolph

Good one Kopf!! applause The tail end of the old twin shock days. waytogo Loved all those old trick factory rides. The Huskies, CZs, Maicos, Suzook RNs, Honda Elsinores, Yammyhammer YZs, Bultaco Pursangs and Kawi KXs. Great days and great memories. Lived for MX Action and Dirt Bike mags showing up in the mail box every month. Surprised I never got into vintage MX. Would have been a natural fit for me. chug
