Already happened - Or actually didn't happen, this weekend...  I sent out a feeler email to the usual group a while back, but not much response.  So a few of us organized and started the ride as usual on Friday.  But the huge fire in that part of the state had the 191 & 180 closed, plus Alipne was evacuated and there was lots of smoke in Springerville.  The room I reserved had evacuees staying in it.  Our group worked plans B, C, & D and had a great time!

I would still like to run the 191 this year, so maybe we should keep an eye on road conditions and do it as a single night stay or day trip.
