Getting the 1000 engine would be a slippery slope. Next step would be 1078 or 1123 pistons and a balance bottom end

Oil cooler lines from an 08 hypermotard will fit, right? Rerouting oil line when I do the brake/clutch lines.

Yes... oil lines is oil lines. worst case scenario you must update the fittings on the oil cooler and at the crankcases, but I think that might only be the early Monsters.
making your own is way cheaper than buying hypermotard oil lines (even used ones), and putting them together is pretty easy - you can get supplies at Jegs for example.

Looks great, but I agree, the black with yellow stripe looks better.
And PC that swing arm black!

Monsta your s2r looks great! Loving that nakiddd look. The only thing I would fix is your tailight. It doesn't seem to be sitting flush and at the same angle as the seat cowl

Question for those of you who have done the flywheel upgrade. Finally got around to having the lightened stock flywheel put in the bike. While I am impressed with the her newfound acceleration, I have stalled a number of times in traffic and on hills, etc. I understand this is normal as the bike is a bit touchier.
Did anyone experience a higher rev to get the bike going when engaging the clutch in 1st gear? Mine was at about 2K before the flywheel and is now at 3,200. Also anyone with adjustable levers change their positioning to deal with this newfound touchiness?

question: why are you shifting to second before 3,200 rpm? That's what I'm understanding you to say when you say:

Mine was at about 2K before the flywheel and is now at 3,200 to get her to go into second without issue.
If this is so, that is not how I ride the thing.

Just re-read that.........WHOOPS
. When shifting I tend to do it around 6-7,500K
When engaging the clutch in 1st gear it used to be at about 2K and now it's around 3K......

I noticed some of that, but haven't stalled much.
However it all became smoother/easier to modulate with the 28 mm YoYoDyne clutch slave cylinder
(which I now see in the picture that you already did, so yes, more revs)
