New rear spring
«

Hey guys
My ride height is way too low and I'm not too comfortable grinding my toe sliders on the twistys. Anyone know of or know where to find the rear spring dimensions and the spring rates for a 190 lb w/ gear rider? It's a 2000 M750.

So....why dont you just raise the ride height... At least as a start before you go into the whole spring replacement deal... Then bump up the preload a little.
Baby steps.. Does your 750 have a ride height adjuster?
Spring rates at racetech website.

The heim joints where the hoop connects to the swing arm are adjustable, you can get a fair amount of height there.

My spring is as high as it can go right now.
A new one is needed.

Ride height and sag are two different things.
While you undoubtedly need a spring Monsters will scrape parts with the correct spring if the ride height is left stock.
You probably need a 10.5 spring at your weight

Also make sure you are using proper riding form. I see some folks riding with the arches of their feet above the pegs and toes pointed out. You should have toes in and balls of your feet on the pegs. In general unless you have really huge feet you'll scrape bike parts or a knee slider before your toe slider.
Buy whatever spring is required to get proper sag and adjust ride height with the ride height adjuster. As everyone said these are two very different things.
